Data collected and purposes

Table bookings: name, phone, e-mail (optional), date, time, number of guests, occasion, message. Purpose: confirm and honour your booking, reach you in case of change.

Orders (tickets, artworks, shop): name, phone, e-mail, order details, chosen payment method. Purpose: process the order, issue the payment link and receipt, organise collection or shipping.

Letters from the house (newsletter): e-mail, first name and interest if you provide them. Purpose: send you our news, at most once a month. Unsubscribe at any time by link or e-mail.

Contact and private hire forms: name, phone, e-mail, company, message. Purpose: reply to you and prepare a proposal.

Audience measurement: if a measurement tool (Google Analytics 4) is enabled, it is configured with IP anonymisation. No form data is sent to it.

Legal basis and retention

These operations rely on the performance of your request (booking, order, message) or on your consent (newsletter). Bookings and messages: 24 months. Orders: 10 years (accounting obligations). Newsletter: until you unsubscribe.

Recipients

Your data is processed by the Ge’eza team and its technical provider Kolonell, on a server hosted by netcup GmbH (Germany). It is neither sold nor shared. Online payments are operated by payment providers (Wave, Orange Money, card operators) under their own policies.

Your rights

In accordance with Senegalese law no. 2008-12, you have a right of access, rectification, objection and deletion. Write to geezacultures@gmail.com stating your request; we reply within 30 days. You may refer to the Senegalese Commission de protection des Données Personnelles (CDP).

Cookies

The website works without advertising cookies. One technical cookie is used only for the administration area session. If audience measurement is enabled, its cookies are anonymised.
